Getting started, we will have 2 meetings a month, one in person, and the other online via Zoom.
Each Meeting will be scheduled for 2 hours and include,
- Networking Session
- Facilitated presentation and Q & A
- General Q&A
Mastermind Rules
Confidentiality: All information shared within the group must be kept confidential and not shared outside of the group without the express permission of the person who shared it.
Active Participation: All members are expected to participate fully in discussions and offer feedback and support to other members.
Respectful Communication: All communication within the group should be respectful and considerate of the opinions and feelings of others.
Accountability: Members should hold themselves accountable for their own progress and take responsibility for meeting their goals.
Open-mindedness: Members should approach discussions with an open mind and be willing to consider new ideas and perspectives.
Goal-oriented: The group should focus on achieving individual and collective goals.
Time management: Meetings should start and end on time, and members should come prepared with specific questions or topics for discussion.
Follow-up: Members should follow up with each other between meetings to provide support and hold each other accountable for progress.
Constructive Criticism: Feedback should be given in a constructive and supportive manner, with the goal of helping each member improve their podcast.
Be open to learning from others: Be open to learning from others’ experiences and perspectives, and to share your own experiences and knowledge with the group.
